Donation FAQs

Are donations tax deductible?

Blueprints of Love is a 501 C (3) nonprofit that will provide all donors with a tax receipt to verify donations. 

What type of monetary donations will Blueprints of Love accept?

Blueprints of Love relies solely on the generous donations of their contributors. All monetary donations are welcomed and appreciated, whether a one-time donation, a recurring donation, planned giving or in-kind donations of gifts or services. All donations can be in the form of cash or check. Make a Donation via credit card using our GoFundMe page. 

​What sort of in-kind donations will you accept?

Blueprints of Love is always in need of a variety of supplies, and we are grateful to all who can help us meet these needs for our children. For a complete list of materials, please visit Our Wish List below.

What is your policy regarding donor information?

Blueprints of Love values and respects the privacy of all our donors and website visitors. Information that is collected during the donation process will be used to acknowledge and process contributions, and to inform our contributors of upcoming events and activities that will benefit the children we work with.

Will you work with my company to set up a workplace giving program?

Blueprints of Love will welcome the opportunity to speak with anyone from your organization wishing to raise funds for one of our deserving children. As well, if your employees would like to volunteer at a makeover as part of your donation, we’d be happy to schedule this for you. Contact Us to become a Company Who Cares.

Please note that we are unable to accept your donations of home furnishings and decorative items. Every project we do is custom-tailored to the child's individual style and wishes, and we've found that having to design from a standing inventory of donated items doesn't allow us the freedom to design to the child's needs.
