Sarah & Alyce

7-year old Sarah, her little sister Alyce, and their parents share a small apartment in the basement of a Beacon Hill townhome. The challenge was to give the girls a combination bedroom and playroom in a very small space. We brightened up the room using the girls' favorite colors of pink and purple, with a giant "window" overlooking a castle that dreams are made of.

For Sarah's parents in the adjacent bedroom, we brightened their space by painting the brick feature wall all white, and giving them a smaller scale bed, allowing for more breathing room.
